Privacy notice
Prepared October 9, 2026 for this static prelaunch version. This notice describes the behavior of the supplied website files. The owner must review the final hosting setup, business practices and legal requirements before publication or adding data collection.
The diagnostic
Answers and results are calculated in your browser tab using JavaScript. The diagnostic has no form submission, email capture or payment integration. The Start purchase link opens an external Hotmart checkout. Answers, scores, result labels and the account-safeguard answer are not sent to Jay Fuentes or included in advertising events. They are not stored in cookies, local storage or session storage. Answers remain in memory until you start over, refresh or close the page. Do not enter passwords, customer records or financial details.
Your advertising choice
Advertising tracking is optional. It is off unless a valid Meta Pixel has been configured and you affirmatively accept it. If no Pixel is configured, the site does not load Meta at all. You can use the full diagnostic after declining. Use Advertising settings on either page to accept, decline or withdraw your choice. Closing the panel does not accept tracking.
Your choice and the configured Pixel ID are saved in this browser's local storage under jayfuentes.advertising-consent.v1, separate from your answers. They remain until you change the choice or clear site storage. A changed Pixel ID requires fresh acceptance. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page. Declining is remembered when storage is available.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
Only after acceptance, this website may load Meta Pixel to measure advertising and help reach interested visitors on Facebook and Instagram. The configured events are a page visit (PageView), an actual view of the program cards (ViewContent), starting or finishing a diagnostic (DiagnosticStarted and DiagnosticCompleted), and clicking a program-interest email link (InterestClicked). A click is not treated as a lead, registration, purchase or sent email. Earlier actions are not replayed when you later accept.
These events have no custom answer, score, result-label, email or free-text parameters. Advanced-matching contact fields are not supplied, and automatic event configuration is disabled in the website code. Meta can still receive technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, the current page address and referral information; Meta may set or read cookies, including _fbp and _fbc. Do not put personal information in website URLs. Meta processes information under its Privacy Policy. The owner must also confirm the Pixel's account-side settings and applicable notices before activation.
Withdrawing stops new site-triggered advertising events and asks the loaded Pixel to revoke consent. This page also attempts to remove accessible first-party _fbp and _fbc cookies. It cannot undo information already transmitted or remove Meta cookies on other domains. Requests already in flight may finish. You can also clear cookies/site data using browser controls. Withdrawal in another open tab is applied when the browser delivers the storage change.
Downloads and printing
If you download results, a plain-text file is created on your device through your browser. Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser's print facilities. You control these files and any printer or cloud-print service you choose. They are not automatically sent to Jay Fuentes.
Email and external links
The Implement and Transform interest links and contact links open your email application. No message is sent automatically. If you choose to send an email to jay@jayfuentes.com, your email provider and the recipient's provider process it under their own policies. Avoid including sensitive information. Buy Start takes you to an external Hotmart checkout. Information you enter there is processed for your purchase under Hotmart’s privacy practices. Diagnostic answers and results are not included in the checkout link. Clicking the LinkedIn link takes you to LinkedIn, which has its own privacy practices. This version does not automatically add you to a mailing list.
Hosting and technical records
When hosted online, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs. The supplied files do not control the provider's logging, retention or cookies. The owner must identify the actual provider and confirm those practices before publication. The no-transmission description above applies to diagnostic answers, not to ordinary requests required to load a hosted website.
Before any future data collection
No signup form or live avatar service is connected in this version. Start purchases take place on the external Hotmart checkout. Optional advertising tracking is described above. Before adding one, the owner must review the data collected, purposes, applicable legal basis, service providers, retention, security practices, international processing and request-handling process, and update this notice accordingly. This draft is not a compliance certification.
